Episode #044 — Jenna Fabrizio on Safe Spaces, Shifting Seasons & Showing Up Fully
Some women build businesses.
Others build portals.
Jenna Fabrizio does both.
In this episode, I sit down with Jenna — licensed therapist, energy healer, and serial soulpreneur — for a conversation that feels like exhale after exhale.
We talk about transitions.
We talk about identity.
We talk about what it really means to create the space you once needed… and invite others to heal inside it.
Jenna shares her journey from burnt-out New Yorker to integrated wellness entrepreneur in Charleston, SC — and how building community-first brands like Soul Society and Carolina Wellness Collective became the business model her soul was craving.
This isn’t just about sound bowls and healing sessions.
It’s about letting yourself be seen in the liminal space — between the old you and the new vision.

If You Listen to One Part…
Let it be the part where we talk about building what you needed. About creating the thing that didn’t exist yet. About how your own healing is the blueprint for your leadership.
